Age Limits

25-70

For all cars and minibuses our age limit is 25-70
(minibus drivers must have the relevant entitlement showing on their driving licence)

For light commercial vehicles such as van, pickups and tippers our age limit is 25-70

For the 7.5 Tonne box with Tail-lift our age limit is 25-70
(drivers must have the relevant entitlement showing on their driving licence)

All drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 12 months with the relevant category. If the driver has a new style licence we will need to see both parts

Overhead damage to our vehicles is not covered by our insurers

Occupations not insurable
Unfortunately we are cannot insure people who are involved in the occupations listed:
American armed services
Professional sport
Entertainment or theatrical profession
Racing or gambling profession

Endorsements
We can accept some minor endorsements, however our rental staff will establish
what is acceptable to our insurance company when the discuss your booking with you.

Health
You will need to inform us if you have diabetes, a heart condition or suffer from fits. We will also need to be informed if you suffer from any physical or mental infirmity or disability

Insurance
You will need to inform us if you have any accidents or insurance claims in the last three years or had an insurance proposal refused or a renewal turned down

To Take a vehicle abroad
On certain vehicles only and subject to prior arrangement with the branch.  Additional insurance, breakdown cover and a revision to the tariff is applicable.  Please contact your local branch directly if you wish to take a vehicle abroad.
