Burnt Tree Vehicle rentals football team are riding high after being promoted to the 1st division of their local motor transport league. This is the second season in succession the team have won promotion. Kane Bowden, Branch Manager of Burnt Tree Shrewsbury said we started playing as a team 2 seasons ago in division 3 and finished the season top of the league. Kane continued, last season we finished 2nd place in the second division and won promotion to the top division.
The team play at Shrewsbury Power League on a Tuesday night and started the season in form, winning their first match 10 - 5 . Graham Roberts Team & Rental Manager said we’ve won 16 out of our last 20 games if we can keep up our current form we will do well this season and are looking for a top 3 finish.
